Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to patients under clinical or nursing supervision.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward patients and staff.
• Document timely, accurate clinical information in patient records.
• Assist with activities of daily living (toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Observe patients, note behaviors, and report observations to nursing staff.
• Ensure patient safety by performing safety checks and following supervision guidelines.
• Offer transportation or coordinate it when needed.
• Engage patients in activities designed to support treatment goals.
