Job summary

Vibrant ABA is seeking a compassionate and collaborative BCBA to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families across Colorado. The role offers in-person, flexible daytime or afternoon options, and competitive compensation based on supervision type.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and partner with families to support meaningful progress for the children we serve.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Colorado licensure, if applicable, or ability to meet state and payer requirements prior to starting
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience providing ABA services in home-based settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and ongoing clinical oversight to RBTs
• Deliver parent training and caregiver collaboration
• Ensure clinical quality, documentation accuracy, and compliance
• Collaborate with internal clinical and operations teams
