Job summary

Vibrant ABA is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families across Colorado. This in-person role offers flexibility, manageable caseloads, meaningful clinical support, and compensation based on supervision type.

As a BCBA at Vibrant ABA, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and partner closely with families to drive progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Colorado licensure or ability to meet state/payer requirements before starting.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience providing ABA services in home-based settings preferred.

Vibrant ABA is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families across Colorado. As a BCBA at Vibrant, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), partner closely with families, and support meaningful progress for the children we serve.

Key Responsibilities
