A caring elder care community in Florida is seeking compassionate Care Givers to join a supportive team dedicated to redefining elder care. The role involves assisting elders with personal care, medication management, and creating a nurturing home environment. Ideal candidates will have healthcare experience or C.N.A./HHA certification. This position offers competitive pay between $15.00 and $16.50 per hour, alongside benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Formación

• 6+ months of healthcare experience or C.N.A./HHA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Dependable transportation is necessary.

Part-time Day (7AM - 3:30PM) or Evening (3PM–11:30PM)

We are hiring experienced caregivers for a group home-style assisted living and memory care environment. You will be responsible for multiple Elders at once and must be comfortable working as part of a team.

Minimum Requirements (not optional):

• At least 6 months of assisted living, memory care, or group home experience
• Experience caring for multiple residents at the same time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Reliability and accountability are a must

What You’ll Do:

• Assist multiple residents with ADLs
• Support medications and daily care routines
• Help with meals, activities, and household responsibilities
• Work closely with your team to care for the entire home

Pay: $15.00–$16.50/hour (based on experience)

Flexible Scheduling:

• 8-hour shifts available
• Morning: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
