Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–6 months related experience.
• Knowledge of dementia and Alzheimer's care.
• CNA preferred; ability to assist with medications as allowed by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and meals.
• Provide safe, clean, and respectful care following care plans.
• Maintain accurate resident records and report changes to supervisors.
• Encourage independence and participate in Daily Path activities and engagement programs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
