Belove It Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our Adult Day Center team in Eastlake, OH. You will support adults with varying needs while helping create a safe, engaging, and positive environment.

Responsibilities include direct care, assistance with daily activities, leading group activities, monitoring well-being, maintaining a clean setting, and collaborating with teammates to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred (not required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable, patient, and attentive
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay active throughout the shift

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to adult clients
• Assist with daily activities such as meals, hygiene, and general support
• Engage clients in group activities, games, and social interaction
• Monitor client well-being and report any concerns
