Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a compassionate caregiver for part-time PRN shifts in Ohio. You will assist individuals with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and support behavioral goals while promoting independence and community participation.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Help participants participate in community activities and social engagements.
• Provide compassionate, patient care and build meaningful relationships.
