Job summary

Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Acute Care on a 7am-7pm FT Day shift. You will join an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality, safe patient care guided by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and the ANA Code of Ethics.

Ideal candidates will hold a GA RN license (or eNLC privilege), a BSN is preferred, and a current BLS card. Direct patient care experience and strong communication skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Georgia RN license or eNLC privilege to practice in GA.
• Current BLS card from American Heart Association.
• Experience in direct patient care.
• National certification in area of specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, safe patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Uphold the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics.
• Support the voice of the patient and adhere to policy and procedures.
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers and leaders within the Shared Governance Model.
