Job summary

Wellstar Kennestone Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for Acute Care - MedSurg on the Day shift (7am–7pm). This full-time role involves working within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and align with the WellStar governance model and nursing standards.

The ideal candidate is a BSN-preferred, GA-licensed RN with current BLS certification and a commitment to evidence-based practice and compassionate patient service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Georgia RN license or privilege to practice in GA under eNLC.
• BLS from American Heart Association on first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Support governance model and professional practice standards.
• Adhere to Georgia Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics.
• Maintain voice of the patient and uphold service excellence goals.
