Quality Life Services in Sarver, PA is seeking a compassionate Activity Aide for a part-time role. You will implement engaging programs for residents, support returning to the community, and help create a pleasant, safe environment during their stay.

Required is a valid PA driver's license; experience in long-term care is preferred. We offer competitive wages, shift differentials, health insurance contributions, 401K, and generous earned time off.

Qualifications

Desire to provide excellent patient care.
Current PA driver’s license.
Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

As an Activity Aide, you will implement programs for individual and group activities based on resident’s needs and abilities
Plan and conduct activity programs to assist residents in returning to the community
Schedule and implement room visits and in-room activities for residents unable to leave their room
Plan and schedule both indoor and outdoor activities for residents
Document all resident and family interactions and complete progress notes
Provide a pleasant and entertaining environment for residents during their stay
Driving the company omnibus for resident outings
