Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will implement plans created by BCBAs to enhance social, communication, and daily living skills.

Role involves one-on-one ABA therapy, data collection, and collaboration with families. A high school diploma is required, a BA/BS in progress is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to effectively engage with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in their daily living activities (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
