Job summary

Restore ABA & Speech Therapy in Humble, TX is seeking a dedicated RBT or preschool teacher to provide ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA/QBA. You will implement ABA programs, conduct sessions at homes, schools, and clinics, and help clients acquire life skills.

This role requires patience, strong communication with families, data collection, and collaboration with the treatment team. We sponsor RBT certification and value compassionate, ethical practice in line with BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• RBT certification current or in process (BACB).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) under supervision to identify root causes of behaviors.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and ABA programs.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in homes, schools, and clinical settings.
• Record accurate data on client progress during sessions.
• Modify ABA programs as clients progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and treatment team to ensure consistent implementation.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training to generalize skills at home.
• Provide supportive environment to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines and professional ethics.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
