Acclimate ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision, collect data, and document progress through detailed session notes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during sessions to track client progress.
