Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work one-on-one with children under a BCBA's guidance, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training. You should be patient and able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily activities. Pay rate is $19-$25 per hour. Join a dedicated team changing lives for the better.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test, and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Support development of communication, social and daily living skills.
