Job summary

EzCare ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in the Woodbridge, VA area for afternoon and evening shifts. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics under supervision, supporting children to build skills and independence.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Track and document client progress.
• Partner with families and team members to support each child's success.
• Create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment.
• Help children gain skills, confidence, and independence.
