Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking a compassionate Patient Intake Specialist in Bryn Mawr, PA to guide families through our intake process, explain services, verify insurance, gather required documents, and submit authorizations.

The role emphasizes rapport, integrity, empathy, and attention to detail, with full-time hours 8:30a-5:00p and temp contract. Bachelor's degree preferred; 3 years of medical insurance verification experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• 3 years of insurance verification in medical field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience building rapport with patients over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance benefits and submit authorizations.
• Gather intake documentation and act as liaison between staff and families.
• Provide excellent customer service and guide clients through the intake process.
• Ensure paperwork is current and authorizations are renewed on time.
• Communicate with clients, staff, and insurance companies to ensure optimal services.
• Provide administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.
