Magnet ABA Therapy is hiring in Springfield, MO for in-person Behavior Technician roles. You will implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA and provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients, focusing on social, communication, and daily living skills.

Training will be provided, with emphasis on accurate data collection and collaboration with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed. A supportive team environment and opportunities for professional growth are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or similar role preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and families.
