Adoration Health is hiring a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Wayne, NJ for full-time work in a home health setting. You will provide 1:1 patient care under supervision, perform basic health tasks, and support families in a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• CNA certification as required by state licensure.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform standing, bending, and walking tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Support basic housekeeping, shopping, and related tasks as needed.
