Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• PCT/MA/CNA or equivalent medical background training.
• AHA BLS/HCP certification within 60 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on age and needs, ensuring safety and quality.
• Record vitals, collect specimens, and notify RN of changes.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient comfort.
• Support plan of care from admission to discharge for safe transition.
• Communicate with team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain equipment readiness and unit cleanliness.
