Job summary

Compass by Margaritaville Key West is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead daily kitchen operations, mentor the team, manage supplies, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

You will uphold sanitation, coordinate with service staff, and keep the kitchen efficient during busy periods. Prior supervisory experience and a Food Handler certification are valued; this full-time role offers competitive benefits through Aimbridge Hospitality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in kitchen operations or a similar field, including a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service operations is preferred.
• Complies with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
• Ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required by applicable state regulations.
