Job Summary

Contract Driver (1099, Solo) Dry Van OTR

• Gross weekly pay: $1,600 - $2,350
• CPM: $0.60 - $0.65
• Average miles per week: 2,500 - 3,500
• Sign-on bonus: $250
• Home time: 2-3 days out, with options to stay longer; home every weekend

Core Responsibilities

• Vehicle, equipment, and cargo inspections for safety and legality
• Submitting customer paperwork including invoices and load orders
• Maintaining a driver's log per DOT regulations
• Loading, unloading, and cargo handling
• Customer interactions and relationship maintenance
• Availability to meet pickup and delivery schedules
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
