• Average $72,000 - $83,000 per year
• $1,500 per week

• $10,000 (paid within the first 180 days)

• Rental car or plane ticket (based on domicile)

Driver Referral Pay:

• $5,000 total (from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025)
• Breakdown: $1,000 for first load, $1,000 after 90 days, $1,500 after 120 days, $1,500 after 180 days

Orientation Pay Breakdown:

• $10,000 total, paid as:
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• 120 Days: $2,300
• 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements for CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience, including 6 months flatbed
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus
