Benefits for CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers:

• Pay: $72,000 - $83,000 annually, $1,500 per week plus accessorials
• Orientation Pay: Increased to $10,000, paid in the first 180 days

Driver Referral Pay:

• Increased to $5,000 total (from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025), with milestones of $1,000, $1,000, $1,500, and $1,500 at specified intervals

Orientation Pay Breakdown:

• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• 120 Days: $2,300
• 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months of flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in three years
• No recent DUI (past 10 years)
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus
