Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time on Midwest regional routes, with average annual earnings of $72,000 - $83,000.

Benefits include:

• Average pay of $72,000 - $83,000 per year, $1,500 weekly plus accessorials
• Increased orientation pay to $10,000 (from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days

Driver Referral Program:

Orientation Pay Details:

• Total $10,000 paid within 180 days, distributed as follows:
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• 120 Days: $2,300
• 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience, with 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
