• Must have a valid CDL-A

• Must be at least 23 years old

• 1-year driving experience required

My name is Haley Peek McArthur. I am 26 and started working for BRW in 2024. I chose this company because they are very family-oriented. I started BR Williams Trucking in April 2000. I began in the shop as a fuel and washer, then moved into trailer service and truck services, and later into heavy maintenance on track trailers in 2002. They taught me how to drive a big rig, and that's when my career kicked into overdrive! I've been here for 25 years, and I love every minute. What keeps me here is the people I work with and all our dispatchers; I've known them since I was 18, and they are like family to me.
