Job Title: Dry Van CDL-A Company Driver - OTR

Join P & J Carriers INC as a Dry Van CDL-A Company Driver - OTR.

Position Details:

• Type: Full-time, Entry level
• Location: Covering all 48 states, primarily east of I-35
• Pay: Starting at 56cpm up to 66cpm, depending on experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months of CDL A experience within the last 36 months

Loads & Operations:

• Dry Van trailer with 100% no-touch freight
• 50-60% drop & hook
• No routes in NYC or its five boroughs
• Average weekly mileage: 2,400 miles
• Fleet: 2021+ Freightliner Cascadia, governed at 68mph

Home Time:

• Out 10-14 days, home 2 days
• Out 18 days, home 3 days

Pay & Bonuses:

• Pay depends on experience: 56cpm-66cpm
• Detention pay: $12.50/hr after 2 hours
• Layover/Breakdown pay: $100/day
• Per diem available
• Direct deposit every Friday
• Sign-On Bonus: $500 after first load and another $500 after 30 days (must be active and seated)
