Job summary

Qualifications

• Current driver''s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
• State-Specific Requirements: WI — 40 hours training or 6 months of equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship through reading, talking, listening, and related activities
• Perform errands, transport clients, when necessary, within State guidelines
• Report unusual incidents or changes in client''s behavior or home situation to Agency Director
• Perform homemaking services such as cleaning, light meal preparation, laundry, and other light cleaning duties
