We are seeking Companion Caregivers/STNAs who provide attentive companionship alongside personal care to support safety, dignity, and well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience, preferably with seniors.
• STNA credentials preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assist with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical capability to assist with mobility and transfers.
• Commitment to client dignity, privacy and safety.
• Willingness to complete background checks and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging companionship to clients to reduce loneliness and promote emotional well-being.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as needed.
• Offer medication reminders to ensure clients take medications on time.
• Help prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe home environment.
• Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities.
• Offer specialized support for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease to enhance comfort and safety.
• Observe and report any changes in clients' physical or emotional condition to supervisors.
• Ensure the overall safety and well-being of clients during care visits.

• Willingness to complete background checks and participate in required training programs
