Barr's Homecare, LLC, operating as Happier At Home Southwest Ohio, seeks Compassionate Companion Caregivers/STNAs to support seniors in their homes in Southwest Ohio. Join a team dedicated to dignity, safety and well-being, through companionship and personal care assistance.

We value communication, reliability, and a patient, caring attitude, with opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.

Competenze

Minimum 1 year caregiving experience.
Certified STNA credentials preferred but not required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to complete background checks and training programs.

Mansioni

Provide warm companionship to reduce loneliness and promote emotional well-being.
Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
Offer medication reminders to ensure clients take medications on time.
Help prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment.
Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities.
Offer specialized support for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.
Observe and report changes in clients' condition to supervisors.
Ensure clients' safety and well-being during care visits.
