Barr’s Homecare, LLC, operating as Happier At Home Southwest Ohio, is seeking compassionate Companion Caregivers/STNAs to support seniors in their homes across Southwest Ohio. The role focuses on companionship, personal care assistance, and promoting safety, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience, preferably with seniors or in home health care.
• Certified STNA credentials preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, patient demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to assist with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Physical capability to assist with mobility and transfers.
• Willingness to complete background checks and required training programs.
