What will you do as a Certified Nursing Assistant?

1. Use your compassion to provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
2. Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
3. Monitor residents for changes in their personal care needs and update their Resident Care Plan accordingly.
4. Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
