Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to residents to promote emotional well being.
• Assist residents with ADLs tailored to individual needs.
• Report incidents and health changes to Health Services Director.
• Engage residents in social activities and support Life Enrichment efforts.
• Assist with grooming, meals, and monitoring resident identification.
• Maintain resident documentation and charting of changes.
