ExpertCare is seeking reliable Care Aides to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities, while also taking clients into the community to grow personal goals beyond the home.

Full- and part-time roles available. A compassionate, patient, and dependable approach is essential, with strong communication and the ability to follow care plans. Background checks are required.

Formación

• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
