Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Care Aides to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with daily skill-building activities, and help bring clients into the community to achieve personal goals.

Full- and part-time positions available. Paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process are offered to support your success and growth.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
