ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, helping recipients grow personally within their home environment.

We offer both full- and part-time positions; you will have opportunities to bring clients into the community to expand their goals and independence, while contributing to a supportive, mission-driven team.

Qualifikationen

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older

Aufgaben

• Provide 1:1 in-home care and support according to care plans.
• Assist clients with skill-building activities and daily living tasks.
• Accompany clients to community activities to promote personal goals outside the home.
