Job summary

Freedom Pointe at The Villages in Florida is seeking Private Duty Companions to provide compassionate, person-centered care and daily assistance to residents. You may work on campus or in residents' homes, delivering companionship, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation support.

Starting at $15 per hour with on-the-job training and a flexible schedule. DailyPay is available, and full-time associates are eligible for charter school programs in some locations.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow care instructions and document services provided accurately.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful toward residents and their unique needs.
• CPR Certification current or upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities, errands, light housekeeping (laundry, tidying).
• Provide companionship and social engagement with residents.
• Assist with transportation and home organization.
• Caregiver duties on campus or in residents' homes as assigned.

This is a Private Duty - Companion position. Some clients are on campus, and some are off campus in their homes.
