Job summary

Freedom Pointe at The Villages is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides and CNAs for full-time roles in The Villages, FL. You will provide private duty care to residents, assist with daily activities, companionship, and ensure comfort and safety.

We offer flexible schedules, daily pay, and diverse tasks including errands, light housekeeping, pet care, transportation, and home organization. CPR certification is required; CNA or HHA certification must be valid.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to read and follow care instructions and document services accurately.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful toward residents.
• CPR Certification Required- current or upon hire.
• CNA License Required or Home Health Aide Certificate Required- valid and unexpired

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities and provide companionship.
