LCS (Life Care Services) is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) for its Private Duty team at Freedom Village Bradenton, a welcoming senior living community. This role emphasizes compassionate, relationship-based care delivered in a single beautiful campus, with a focus on resident comfort and safety.

Shifts run Friday through Sunday with 10–12 hour durations, and there may be additional hours on Mondays.

• Ability to document services provided clearly and accurately.
• Willingness to work in a single community setting without travel between clients.

We’re seeking dependable, compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) who enjoy building meaningful relationships with residents while providing personalized care in one beautiful, supportive community.

Schedule & Opportunities:

• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday – 10–12 hour shifts
• Potential additional hours on Mondays
• Opportunity for Full-Time employment based on scheduling needs and availability

What We’re Looking For

• A current Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate or the ability to successfully pass an HHA competency test.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
• Previous HHA experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow care plans and accurately document services provided.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A kind, reliable, compassionate individual who genuinely enjoys working with older adults.
