The Commuter Choice Program Manager administers two highly visible transit grant programs designed to move more people more efficiently through the I-66 and I-395/95 corridors. The position manages significant financial resources. The program manager develops and implements program policies and procedures; collaborates with local jurisdictions and other stakeholders; and manages program delivery, monitoring, reporting and compliance.

NVTC’s office is in the Courthouse area of Arlington, Virginia. Work hours are generally 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. NVTC offers a telework policy (pending eligibility) and currently requires a minimum of two in-office days per week. Additional work hours may include attending evening and weekend meetings or events. Some local and regional travel may be required.
