Job summary

FLIPANY is seeking a dedicated program manager to oversee and deliver nutrition education sessions across Palm Beach County. You will supervise staff, manage contract deliverables, and ensure funder compliance and budget tracking for a robust community wellness program.

The role emphasizes mentoring youth through social‑emotional learning and hands‑on wellness activities, coordinating with partners, and ensuring sessions run smoothly at multiple community sites.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working with groups of children.
• Background in Child Development/Behavior, Psychology, or other Social Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of assigned contracts, targeting 400 sessions in Palm Beach County.
• Serve as primary contact for funders and partner sites on contract questions.
• Coordinate with Finance on budget tracking, invoicing timelines, and contract renewals.
• Provide feedback and coaching to instructors and staff; lead team meetings and supervision.
