Big Sky Community Organization seeks an Action Coordinator to support daily operations at the BASE Community Center in Big Sky, MT. The role focuses on creating a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for members and visitors, assisting with programs and resources, and maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Word, Excel, photo management, database tasks, and adaptability to new software.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service at the BASE Community Center.
• Assist with selling BASE annual, seasonal, and day passes.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with volunteers, staff, passholders, and program participants.
• Stay up to date on community events, programs and services.
• Refer patrons to behavioral health resources when needed.
• Support Program Manager and Program Coordinator.
• Assist custodial staff and maintain facility cleanliness.
• Complete incident reports and operate with safety in mind.
