Job summary

Jewish Renaissance Foundation (JRF) invites applicants for the Wellness Program Coordinator role within the Family Assistance Center (FAC). The position focuses on coordinating wellness programming, managing the My Choice Store, and fostering community partnerships to improve food security and healthy living.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities, data tracking in EmpowOR, scheduling, and outreach to families, with an emphasis on equitable access to nutritious food and collaboration

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in social work, public health, nutrition, community development or related field; 2+ years experience in social service or wellness-focused work.
• Knowledge of healthy eating, cooking nutritious meals, and incorporating movement into daily living.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Wellness programming and services for FAC participants.
• Manage My Choice Store operations and monthly calendar.
• Record keeping, data entry and reporting in EmpowOR.
• Maintain food stock and assist in distributing to families.
• Collaborate with external organizations to provide wellness programming.
