Job summary

Trilogy Health Services seeks a Director of Community Lifestyle to create vibrant Independent Living communities through wellness and lifestyle programs that encourage socialization and engagement. You will plan, coordinate, and promote resident events, guiding participation and using feedback to improve offerings.

You’ll recruit and train volunteers, arrange tours with the sales team, and help new residents acclimate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates a sense of community among Independent Living residents through wellness and lifestyle programs, encouraging socialization and engagement.
• Plans, coordinates, communicates, and encourages participation for Independent Living Residents events.
• Solicits input and involves residents in ongoing lifestyle development through feedback and future planning.
• Recruits, trains, and organizes volunteers for Independent Living resident activities and events.
• Maintains active participation and seeks appointments to community organization committees.
• Develops positive public relations for the campus with not-for-profit organizations and service clubs.
• Assists in creating outstanding move-in experiences for new residents.
• Arranges and conducts tours in partnership with the campus sales team.
