Job summary

The Just One Project in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to keep our warehouse organized, inventory accurate, and ready to serve the community. This full-time role (~40 hours/week) supports food distributions, volunteers, and community events.

Working with the Warehouse Manager, you’ll maintain safety standards, precise records, and a collaborative environment, with occasional evenings, weekends, and at least 6 Saturday events per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card within 30 days of hire if required.
• Forklift and OSHA safety certifications preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; attention to detail.
• Comfort using computers and inventory systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations: receiving, organizing, storing, and distributing food and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct counts; ensure product rotation.
• Keep warehouse spaces clean, organized, and compliant with safety/food handling standards.
• Prepare and coordinate food and supplies for community programs, distributions, and events.
• Work with staff and volunteers to ensure smooth warehouse activities.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks as trained and certified.
• Assist with scheduling, data entry, reporting, and admin tasks.
• Support workplace safety initiatives and communicate needs or concerns.
• Participate in at least 6 Saturday Pop Up & Give events per year.
