Gateway Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Vocational Services Specialist to provide empirically based services in community settings for adults with severe mental illness.

You will conduct needs assessments, coordinate care, and support employment-related goals while documenting progress in the EMR and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes a recovery-oriented approach, IPS strategies, and strong engagement to help clients access education, employment, and social supports.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; related field preferred.
• Knowledge of human development and behavioral health conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and a usable vehicle.
• Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another critical regional language preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes positive rapport with clients.
• Provides vocational interventions and care coordination.
• Engages clients in education and employment goals.
• Utilizes IPS and other evidence-based practices.
• Provides services primarily in community settings.
• Completes timely documentation in the EMR.
• Coordinates treatment services and discharge planning.
• Participates in supervision and team meetings.
