Community First Credit Union is seeking a friendly Teller to energize our front line. You will handle cash and transactions with accuracy and deliver WOW service to members who are owners.

This full-time role operates with drive-up and lobby hours, requiring a high school diploma and cash-handling experience. Training is provided to expand your financial services knowledge and cross-sell CU products.

Qualifications

• Requires at least one year of cash handling experience; Teller experience is a plus.
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills for excellent member service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based software tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, WOW service to members.
• Receive cash and checks for deposit into member accounts.
• Cash checks for members.
• Accept loan and credit card payments.
• Make transactions between accounts as instructed by members.
• Balance and close cash drawer accurately at end of day.
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Identify non-negotiable and fraudulent checks to avoid losses.
