Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior banking experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships through needs-based conversations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and proactive communication.
• Open, service, and maintain consumer deposit accounts with accurate documentation and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships via referrals and cross-selling of bank products.
• Assist customers with account maintenance and digital banking enrollment.
• Resolve issues professionally while adhering to bank policies and risk controls.
• Support small business banking needs and direct customers to appropriate resources.
• Participate in outreach, community activities, and branch sales initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate processing of transactions with high quality and confidentiality.
• Support branch operations to achieve service, growth, and profitability goals.
