Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a Community Talent Consultant to engage with Independence and surrounding communities. You will build relationships with schools, hospitals, and workforce partners, represent Phoenix at events, and connect talented people with meaningful care careers.

The role blends recruiting with community outreach and relationship building, with travel throughout the Independence area and occasional evenings/weekends. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Competenze

• Outgoing, energetic personality and strong people skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Recruiting, staffing, marketing, sales, healthcare, or community outreach experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person!

• Represent Phoenix at career fairs, hiring events, networking events, and community activities.
• Generate candidate leads and connect them with our recruiting team.
