Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a Community Talent Consultant to actively engage communities around St. Louis, building relationships with schools, healthcare organizations, and workforce partners.

You will represent Phoenix at career fairs, events, and community activities, generating leads and connecting talent with our recruiting team. The role emphasizes outbound outreach, collaboration with recruiters, and a strong focus on sharing Phoenix's culture and career opportunities in the

Qualifications

Outgoing, energetic personality with strong people skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Willing to travel within Independence area; evenings and weekends possible.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with schools, hospitals, healthcare organizations, community groups, and workforce partners.
Represent Phoenix at career fairs, hiring events, networking events, and community activities.
Generate candidate leads and connect them with our recruiting team.
Share the Phoenix culture, mission, and career opportunities.
Discover new partnerships and creative ways to attract talent.
Work closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to support hiring needs.
Track outreach, relationships, events, and results.
