Job summary

Options Residential, Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Community Support Worker to help individuals in an apartment setting toward independence. If you have experience as a Direct Support Professional, ARMHS or ILS, we want to talk to you.

Part-time day shifts Tue, Thu, Fri 9am–5:30pm (shift includes 30 minute unpaid meal break). You’ll work independently within a supportive team, with opportunities for internal growth.

Qualifications

• Experience doing Direct Support Professional Work, ILS, or ARMHS work (1 year experience preferred).
• 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to do personal cares (dressing, bathing/showering, toileting) with clients.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Work one on one with individuals in an apartment setting to support independence.
• Provide support with daily activities and personal cares as needed.
• Collaborate with a team while maintaining flexibility and autonomy.

Community Support Worker

In this position, you have the flexibility of working independently while also having the structure and support of a team.

Benefits Of This Position Include

Starting Salary: $18.50 hourly

Benefits: Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits-eligible.
